Cups vs. Pads and Tampons Video!

Some women have emailed me, worried that a menstrual cup may not be as good for their heavy flow as the pads or tampons they use. So I made this video to express why I disagree

I wish I would have thought of this demonstration at the little Mary Kay / Menstrual Cup party! I'll have to do it at the next one. It looks a bit fun! Great video

If there is a computer nearby, or if you have a laptop, you can show the ladies such demonstrations with the videos. That's what some nurses do in the schools now, they will even hook up a lap top to a digital projector and blow the video up on the wall for the whole room to see, lol.
