New Forum Feature-- Chat Box!

For those who are signed in-- there is now a chat box at the BOTTOM of the forum's home page. This way, if you are online the same time as other users-- you can chat with them! I am still decideing weather or not to keep this feature, please let me know weather or not you think it should stay.
