Rave about the company and product

i just need to rave about how much i love my MeLunas! (no i havent tried any other cups yet, but i do have some coming in the mail soon) but Frank at MeLuna has the BEST customer service! seriously the best best best! i cannot think of another company that went so far out of their way for a customer!
