Strange Cervix

I have no idea where to put this, so I figured it was suited best here.
Anyway, after wearing my cup for 5 or so hours, I took it out and showered.

I always check my cervix in the shower, it's just habit. My cervix felt like it was falling out. It wasn't coming out of my vaginal opening or anything, but it just felt like it wasn't really connected anymore. My cervix generally sits low, but this was nothing like that.

This scared the crap out of me. I could just be freaking out because this is only my second period off of birth control pills in years, and I know my body is definitely adjusting. But I've never felt anything like this before.

Now I'm paranoid to put my cup back in. :/

Its pretty normal, mine does the same exact thing on a heavy day. Probably about half of the women out there are the same way. Just if you have a heavy flow, stick to cups with good capacity because a low cervix can take up room in the cup
